What a pleasant surprise, Will post more when I have looked over the FAQs.

EDIT1:
I am only on the first few changes in the rules manual and already am I happy.

Rules Manual:
- Their method of addressing 2 Goblins on opposite sides of a dragon being 2 In-The-Way rolls for Dragons is far better than nothing.
- I like the 2 halves = full-model casualty rules for Cavalry
- The simple clarification of being unable to rotate your models in an enemy phase is great.
- Fortify Spirit is better
-Segregation of Passive and Active abilities and the interaction with Transfix
- and more

Some rules are clearly GBHL-ified. I like that GW talked with GBHL about what was needed.

"Q: What exactly does an Easterling War Priest’s Fury affect? Does it
affect mounts? (pg 42)
A: It will affect everything in the Eastern Kingdoms army list,
whether this is Warriors, Heroes, mounts or even Ringwraiths."

Q: Can Sauron use Might for his The One Ring roll? (pg 17)
A: Yes.
