I've been looking at the Rites of War for various Legions and some of them have the limitation "may only take a single Consul as part of their HQ selections"
Now I understand that as you can take as many Praetor's, Special Characters etc you can fit but only take one Centurion or other model with the Consul rule as HQ.
Is this correct

Praetors (or better said a model with the Master of the Legion rule) are limited by gamesize (only 1 per x points)
Special Characters are tricky but most special characters are either a specific consul type or have the Master of the Legion rule

is there a RoW that limits your Centurion selection? I can only remember RoW limiting Consuls.

You can take as many centurions as you like, you have to pay points to turn your centurion into a consul.
