Since Inquisitor Greyfax's special psychic power has no discipline, does she get Psychic Focus on Telepathy powers, thus getting Psychic Shriek and two powers from Telepathy?

From the BA FAQ:
Q: As it is worded, Mephiston’s Sanguine Sword psychic power is unique to him but does not belong to a discipline, stopping him from ever taking a primaris power. Should it belong to the Sanguinary discipline, but only be useable by him?
A: Sanguine Sword is a psychic power that is not part of a discipline. Under ‘Psychic Focus’, Warhammer 40,000: The Rules states that powers that are not part of a discipline, such as Force, are not considered when determining whether the Psyker has Psychic Focus.

That was going to be my justification. The only issue I see is that Greyfax's rules state she knows two powers from Telepathy. Does this include Psychic Shriek or is it just the rolled powers and then Psychic Shriek is added on?

She is a Mastery Level 2 psyker that has access to the Telepathy discipline. As Elric mentioned:

"If a Psyker has any psychic powers that are not part of a discipline, such as Force, those powers are not considered when determining whether the Psyker has Psychic Focus."

So she may roll for two psychic powers on the Telepathy discipline table. She will also receive the primaris power (for a total of 3 powers) due to Psychic Focus.
