My friends don't like fan made rule sets, but I really want to use my Adeptus Arbites kill team. I was wondering if their HoR "codex" is compatible with official GW Kill team rules.

Just don't understand the question. Its all the same stats, so if they want to let you then yes, if not you have tons of the same options really.

Is there even an Arbites codex? The HoR lists should be compatible. The points costs might be a little off. HoR "codexes" are more specific about costs for individual models, instead of costs for squads in the 40K codexes. For that reason, I prefer HoR lists, even if they are not as complete.
