Hey, I just tried out this list and it did well, but I realise there's room for improvement and that's why I came here.

Decurion

Core: Reclamation legion
Overlord (warlord)
Warscythe, phase shifter, phylactery

10 warriors

10 warriors

10 immortals, tesla carbines

3 tomb blades, gauss blasters

Auxiliary

Annihilation nexus

Annihilation barges with tesla cannons
Doomsday ark

Mephtrit dynasty cohort
Overlord
Voidreaper, phylactery, phase shifter

Cryptek
Chronometron, staff of light

5 immortals with tesla carbines
10 warriors
10 warriors

5 wraiths with whip coils
5 lychgard with swords + shields

I've been quite skeptical myself, but I've been told I can but the two overlords and cryptek in a unit with the lychguard, which is what I did with my first opponent. I used the warriors for holding objectives while the immortals move up and take ground for warriors not holding objectives to take them. The wraiths and tomb blades move up together, and I make the tomb blades charge before the wraiths to soak up any overwatch.

Yes, you can join as many Independent Characters as you want to a single unit. That's where the infamous Lychstar comes from. I'm curious as to why you don't just roll everything into the Decurion for the 4+ RP. You have the open slots for the additional Immortals, Warriors and the Lychguard, so why not use them? You would have to take a Royal Court for the Cryptek and second Overlord and wrap the Wraiths into a Canoptek Harvest, which means some unit taxes and rejigging, but the benefit outweighs the drawback.

I don't love Phylacteries on my Overlords. In my experience, they rarely do anything. Either the roll fails or the Overlord dies outright. I would take Gauss Blasters over Carbines on the Immortals in a heart beat, especially in a Reclamation Legion where they have relentless. I find the Annihilation Nexus to be an absolutely terrible formation. Doomsday Arks are awful and Annihilation Barges are just okay, but if it's working for you keep at it.
