I play Bonesplitterz with an army-list of:
---
Bonegrinz Warclan (40)

Kunnin' Rukk (60) -
Big Boss (100) General - Bring it Down, Ladz (trait), Glowin' Tattooz (artefact)
3x10 Savage Orruks (300)
20 Savage Arrer Boys (200)

2 Big Stabbas (100)

Wardokk (80) Hand of Gork (spell lore), Big Wurrgog Mask (arcane treasure)
Wardokk (80) Brutal Beast Spirits (spell lore), Mystic Waaagh! Paint (arcane treasure)

Total: 960
---
Now the problem is - alot of my friends play Sylvaneth and my army always seem to fall short, due to their severely buffed up Treelord and Kurnoth Hunters outranging everything i have - eventually picking off my Heroes.
What do you suggest i do?

Keep in mind I aim to run the Bonesplitterz allegiance - and am unwilling to mix in Ironjawz, Greenskin, Grots or Raiders.

I suggest dropping the bone grinz warclan as I think the kunnin' rukk is enough for 1000 pts. I also think two wardokks is too much investment in magics so you can drop one. You can then shift some of your savage orruks into arrer boys making them 30 strong so they can keep their extra attack longer. You can then try adding some boarboyz to give yourself more mobility to threaten his ranged troops.

If he buffs out his treelord to be too tough, ignore it and go for objectives, and/or kill his other units.
