Bounding Assault Marine

Providence, RI

So I've been messing around with the castellan's detachment, and I think I have a nice thing going here. Some hard-hitting backfield artillery, a load of bikers and rhinos with special weapons and psykers scurrying up the field, and some infantry blobs to hold the center while hiding in cover. (All marines are white scars) The problem is that I'm not very experienced at playing the psychic phase in a big way, and the list has 8 mastery levels, with 120 points still to spend. I may be up to 10 by the time I'm done.

So I want advice on what psychic disciplines to take. Against Tau, I figure the warband psykers should take telepathy for psychic shriek, but that's as far as I've gotten.

Is the librarian even worth it? I took him for access to the space marine disciplines as well as his psychic hood (and his ability to give a blob hit and run, ATSKNF, and LD 10).
