If i have squadron of flyers with Deep Strike, do i place 1 and then try to fit the rest in base 2 base? Cant change facing for vehicle, so it would be pretty hard unless they are tilted on their stalks quite specifically.

I think your opponent would be okay for them to not be base to base if you have their hulls touching (which they say you can do for measuring distances) and have them all with the same facing, if you can't have the same facing with them base to base. Wings on flyers count as part of the hull, so if they came out say in a line with wingtips touching or something like that it should be fine.

If tips are touching it will be kinda kinky. But i guess they are flying into a danger zone, so its ok.
