Just want to make a thing clear. I know D wounds do not carry to antoher model, but what is the sequnce for non vehicle modes if i hit with D blast?
1. Roll on D table number of models under template.
2. Discard 1s and separate 6s.
3. Choose 1 pile and resolve hits 1 by 1.
4. After each hit opponent rolls number of saves equal to D3 for the closest model to the center of the blast.
5. If that model somehow survives then next hit resolved against the same model.
6. Proceed until pile runs out, then use another one in the same manner.

P.S.: FnP and Reanimation are allowed against Devastating Blow, but being S10 for ID...

A couple things to note FNP and RP are NEVER allowed against any D-wound. This is specified in the FNP and RP rules themselves.
Second, models do not take D3 saves per D "wound". They take 1 save per D "wound" and *if failed* take D3 wounds.
So to correct the process:

1. Roll on D table number of models under template.
2. Discard 1s and separate 6s.
3. Choose the 2-5 result pile and resolve SAVES 1 by 1.
4. Each failed save becomes D3 wounds for the closest model. (center of the blast is only for blast with the Barrage rule)
5. If that model somehow survives then next SAVE is resolved against the same model.
6. Proceed until pile runs out, then use another one in the same manner.

Considering most units that have multiple models are T5 or lower, or only have 1 wound anyway, you could speed roll all the saves because each failed save will kill the model due to Str10 Insta-kill
The only units I can think of where this is different would be units of T6 MCs, like Carnifex or Riptides.

Either FNP or Destroyer weapons specifically state that FNP cannot be taken against D weapons. IIRC Reanimation Protocols says the same thing

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Hmm, interesting, i thought saves taken against each wound separately.
Against vehicle tho its just saves againt hits, and then hit causes several HP damage, right?

Do you have to do those first or could you do 6's first and who chooses order? There are times when BOTH players would prefer one and other times other after all.

You could have two Hit Result piles, the 2-5 results and the 6 results.

The person causing the hits picks a Hit Result pool to resolve first. Then the closest Model deals with that Hit. (per Wound Allocation in Main rule book)

The '2-5 Hit Results' can be Look Out Sir!ed then Cover or Invulnerable saves can be taken since the weapon is usually AP2 or AP1, the '6 Hit Results' can be Look Out Sir!ed but do not get any other kind of save.

In both cases FNP (per main rule book) and Reanimation Protocol (per Necron Codex) can not be taken.
