Congrats, Cap'n! Here's to the next 100,000.

Scavvies look good. The old Confrontation Era minis mix just fine with the Scalies.

Lovely job on those scavvies, they were a real favourite of mine back in the day, no idea what happened to mine after they got conscripted into the 'stealer cult I had back then.

Definitely remember those plastic arms they had, they were a revelation - well scaled plastic arms with musclature, I stockpiled enough that I know there must still be some buried somewhere in my room of shame

Thank you youwashock and monkeytroll

Next up, I have two lots of Scavvies and three Zombies (whom the Scavvies can 'hire' with dropped food and pitch fork prodding directing them towards the opposing gang).

Nice work Captain!
Love seeing all these models, most of which were released before my hobby days.

One has to hope, that a ganger does not accidentally drop a piece of food on themselves!

Nice start on the scavvies Capt Brown, suitably grimy looking fellows. Those zombies are such fun sculpts, I'm sure you'll have a blast painting em.

Going back a page, that Wyrd Pyromaniac is so ridiculously glam-rock cool. Congrats on the 100k views too!

Thanks youwashock,
I completely agree, the Scavvies were pretty darn ugly.

Cheers Ezki,
There would be unfortunate consequences for that ganger.

OK, first three of the next group finished. The Gang Leader, a Marauder Wastes Ganger, and a Confrontation Ganger with modified Kroot arms and his rifle turned into a musket.

They look like a rat tag bunch, perfect for scavy gangers. The added colour on the leader makes it clear his rank too, good choice

Thank you gobert, and youwashock.

Yes, the Gang Leader is dressed in ruined finery identifying him as the Scavy King.

Next two models finished, a ganger and a mutant with an extra arm (and a very long tongue that has no effect on game play).

Ol’ 3arms longtongue looks like he belongs in one these here cults that seem popular nowadays. His tongue 100% needs some home brew rule too. Nice work as usual Cap!

Awesome work CB, the whole gang looks great together. You've done a great job in creating a varied look, with some nice contrasting colours here and there.

Now the gang so far.

Five more members to paint, plus three Zombies (if you want to count them as part of the gang...as they can be just as detrimental to the health of the Scavies if something goes wrong.

Ah, the Plague Zombies - do you have Karlath Valois (I think it was) to go with them?

Dysartes wrote:Ah, the Plague Zombies - do you have Karlath Valois (I think it was) to go with them?

Thanks Dysartes,
Yes, I do have a Karlath Valois figure, however only three Plague Zombies...so not really enough to make a retinue for a villain of his stature.

Cheers,

CB

Looking good, Cap'n. Although in this case good means rag-tag, grimy, mutated and diseased. Well done.

I think Valois was one of the few special characters I never did get probably because I gathered up my Scavvies much later on.

Your collection is mighty. Very rag-tag grab bag of possibly edible gang members.

Possible house rules for the tongue.

Any fumbles rolled by the opponent count double as they’re so distracted by it.

Any enemy mini taken down in H2H is not taken OOA immediately if you choose to lick your opponent instead. A licked opponent will be treated as down as normal but if they gain any advances as a result of this game they roll on the scavvy advance table instead! (Or test for zombie plague as if bitten by zombies)

Thanks youwashock and theCrowe.

Crow, I think that if someone selects the Scavy gang they will want that rule and all the other players will vote against it.

Next five finished.

Wow, there were so many Scavvi/mutant/zombie/ash wastes minis. I thought I just had a big gaggle of a gang but it turns out I didn’t have the half of them.

I always felt Scavvies rules were a touch OP but they’d make for a good “House” force if you’re running a campaign and you need a gang to drop in to hassle a player who is getting too far out in front or to leave some easy bounty in the path of a straggling player. Or just to inject a little zombie plague into the mix. And of course no one gets a vote if it’s the campaign arbitrator doing the licking.

Nice group there, Cap'n - and, going by Stuff of Legends, they're all OG Scavvies this time...

Getting quite the horde together, Cap'n. This batch has some real winners in it. The three in the middle are great examples of Scavvy-ness.
