So my project logs have been on the Independent Character website for the last few years, but I feel like Carl is sort of allowing them to die (which is fine, I know how much work that can be). I just want to make sure that I have some place to post my stuff that is a little more permanent.

For 2015 and 2016 I largely did a Horus Heresy/Chaos Iron Warriors army that I finished up last year.

This year, instead of working on a single army, I am trying to get all of my armies up to snuff by painting most of my unpainted models. I am a member of 1hour a night painting on Facebook and signed up for the year challenge as well.

Largely that will consist of the following:
1. Harlequins/Dark Eldar and some Eldar as I try and make my hand to hand Dark Eldar army viable under the new Ynnari rules.

2. Update my Angels of Perdition (Dark Angels successor army) to the current basing and rules and get them ready to play for 8th edition.

3. Occassional updates for my Iron Warriors (1-2 for the entire year)

4. Occassional updated for my Tau. They are already done and need few updates at this point, but I like to paint new units for them from time to time.

5. House Malinax Knight House for HH and 40K

So, here is what I have paint



My first group of Harlequins are finished and I have played them a few times. I have another troupe/deathjester/shadowseer/solitare that are probably next

I then moved on and painted up my blood bowl team for the humans. I also made a purchase of an ogre (damn it).



Lastly, I purchased the Triumvirate of Ynead and finished them up.





Any thoughts are appreciated. Next will be more harlequins and the Yncarne then I am not sure after that.

Anything Eldar is good by me, and your Harlies are certainly good liking the Iron Warriors too

Continuing my War Against Grey Plastic. I recently traveled to the Black Library Weekend from the States and while at Warhammer World, picked up the Heresy Sorceror from there. I have also been working on a Dark Talon and Nephilium jet fighter. Over the next few weeks I will be attacking my Angels of Perdition and getting rid of some other stuff to condense it all down and paint as much as possible.

Then painted on the red on the wings, then taped it off, and did the black and bone:



Finally once the tape is off. Time to clean up and do the weathering now. Should be finished this week or so.



I should be doing around 30 models in the next month, mostly Primaris and other models to get my army updated to the new codex.

Two jetfighters moving to completion. Should be 100% finished next week.

The plan is to then get rid of anything in my collection that is NOT going to likely get painted this year... a lot of stuff.

However, also probably going to launch in my Primaris project next week.

I also finished off some (more) Iron Warriors stuff this year. Primarily (and my favorite) were my Iron Warriors Cataphractii terminators with combi-plasma. I also did some more infantry... and one final photo of me at Warhammer World... because that was awesome.
