I would prioritize the following:
1. A new warlock who complements your Highwaymen. There is a nice guide up on the new Lormahordes troll forum here:

A huge volume of attacks, and CRA to be able to adapt to what ever target they are fighting. Higher than average Troll DEF and pathfinder to help them hide against guns. Their only drawbacks are their short range, and the fact that they can not use CRA in melee, so if they get engaged, they have to rely on their RAT 5 POW 10.
If you play Grim 2 or Gunnbjorn, you can get them to RNG 12, which is really good for them. If you play Calandra (Befuddle) or Grissel 2 (Dash) they can get in to back arcs reliably, and with Braylen they can then really put the hurt on people. With other casters though they seem merely decent.
Priority: **** (with the above mentioned casters) or * (with every one else)
I used to play Trolls as my only faction, but I've been out of them for a while so can't personally comment on the Highwaymen - however, from this review they look like a really solid unit
with certain warlocks. So, I would pick the warlock you like best from the ones he's listed, and pick it up
2. Braylen Wanderheart gives the Highwaymen extra dice for attack AND damage rolls if they can get in the opponent's rear arc, so I would definitely pick him up for the unit!
3. Another heavy kit, as noted by others above.
Here's a sample list you could make for a 50-point game after the above:
Hunters Grim (+25
WB points)
- Bomber 19
- Mauler 15
- Impaler 11
- Axer 10
Highwaymen 15
Braylen Wanderheart 5
It might make sense to have a Slag Troll instead of the Axer, if you wanted to pick up one more beast. Honestly, I think this would be a pretty fun list, and while it's really shooty the Rage animus from the Mauler gives it some teeth up close, too.
The only thing I really wanted to fit in and couldn't is the Trollkin Runebearer, as with your warlock likely casting a boosted Mortality and one other spell each turn, you won't have any Fury leftover to camp. To fit in a Runebearer, I'd probably drop one of the light Warbeasts and add something else with the remaining 6-7 points. Note that "normal" sized games are 75 points, but honestly these are way too big for starting out (and I personally prefer 50, anyway!). So if you do get a few extra things, you could still use them later.
The advantage of the above list is that it uses everything you already have except the Bouncer and your starter box warlock, and only requires buying the warlock, one heavy beast, and one solo
. But I really am wanting to fit in that Runebearer, so it would be the first thing I'd add for going up to 75 points! You could also try swapping it in instead of Braylen Wanderheart - getting into someone's back arc isn't easy and he's kind of useless until you do, so it might be better to start out using the Runebearer instead of him. Another solo you could consider instead is the Stone Scribe Chronicler - there's some interesting synergy with Grim in that you can give them Feign Death (can't be targeted while knocked down) and knock them down with Mugg's gun. Not totally sure about this, but it seems legit
Anyway, that got a little long but it's how I'd take the next step
