This is our second battle report, and the first one I edited. We're still exploring formats, but let us know what you think.

Even while I'm on dialysis, the Fallen must be hunted.

Thanks for the batrep.

Gorgeous armies. Nice terrain.

The outcome was left a bit ambiguous at the end. Maybe a little after-action report would be a bonus, but otherwise very nice.

I'm the Ahriman fanboy in the batrep. Great game against a friend.

Yeah. That's in my notes to improve, but there was no come back from behind when for my Dark Angels.

Thanks for the comment though.

No problem.
I must admit, as a long time Thousand Sons player, I was not very optimistic for the good guys (sons) when I saw the army lists.
Very well played, Brometheus. I may have to try that list out myself.

Only a few minor rule misses but they could have been big. such as the terminator sgt using the fateweaver reroll to survive the combat that had already been used. then getting reroll armour saves on the boon table.

Will watch that stuff next time, thanks for the catch. Lots of moving parts in a batrep, which is why I don't do them regularly

It was a great setup though with regards to the small bits about how stuff will move then the main dice rolls. I am guessing you videoed the whole game and then cut it as required or were you turning it on then off?

Right I see it now, yeah I keep a d6 on Fateweaver so I remember he has a re-roll for the turn but I forgot to take it off. I need to watch that!

I will be more careful in the future and I think the Librarian had Force up so the Terminator would have been dead.

We alternated between running the camera for summary stuff and then Barry's brother stepped in to do the camera halfway through and it worked wonderfully. It was not on the whole time.

Yes, we started and stopped it at moments. Again, that's the area we'd like to refine a bit more, but I think that just comes with practice.
