Can i take a wraith lord and say it's a dark eldar wraith lord?

Can this be applied to other eldar vehicles as well?

As long as your opponent agrees with it before hand you can do just about anything outside of a tournament.

Otherwise no.

You can take an Eldar detachment that contains a Wraithlord (with other units) converted with spikes and 'say' its a Dark Eldar WL all day. Say it has been altered by a Haemonculus
It will, however, still have the "Eldar" Faction.

You can take a Wraithlord model, Commoraghify it up, and use it as a proxy Talos.

You can use the Ynnari rules to take a Wraithlord in a mostly Dark Eldar army.

You can take a Craftworld Allied Detachment that includes a Wraithlord.

But you can't just up and declare your Wraithlord is a Dark Eldar unit now and wants to be in an ordinary DE CAD.

(Same principle with other vehicles. Except for the proxy-Talos part. Don't try and call a Falcon a proxy Talos.)

Also they do not excist fluffwise since dark eldar do not use Wraith constructs, nor do they use psykers to guide them.
