Never had to do one of these before.
38 days ago I paid Gemobsidan for a set of semi-assembled Thousand Sons Exalted Sorcerers
About two weeks ago I sent him a message curious if he had heard anything about a confirmed delivery as I hadn't received my package yet. I have had absolutely no communication from him outside of him telling me he shipped the package since.
I unfortunately cannot open a PayPal dispute against him to receive my money back as for some reason it seems I didn't send the money as "goods and services"
So I suppose I may be out my money, but I would caution all who deal in the future until this issue is resolved.

I dig how in a setting where giant, muscled fungus men ride Mad Max cars and use their own teeth as currency, the concept of little engineering dudes with beards was considered a step too far down the aisle of silliness.
