I was wondering if these were real in the 40k Lore or just made up? (forgive my crude drawing of them).

Can you please elaborate? I'm not sure what exactly you mean.

Peregrine - If you like the army buy it, and don't worry about what one random person on the internet thinks.

I can't quite tell from the drawing what you're talking about, is that some sort of extra armor on the one side? Or just a paint scheme? And the BH?

Are you talking about the symbol...? Or the extra armor that is stapled on?

Ahh Sorry... I seem to have deleted a line. I'm trying to tell if this is a home brew chapter on these models I got in a bundle or a real chapter. These two symbols (the Sword with blue background and a star like half moon. And the BH.) were found on the shoulder pads of the Dark Angle Marines.

If, by your drawing and reference as 'real or not' in your question, you mean to ask, "is this an established (Chaos) Space Marine Chapter in GW generated lore?", then I must say I don't recognize the shoulder pad, and my first idea would be for this to be a custom Chapter or warband.
