Which Space Marine Kit has to most value in your opinion? In terms of models and also extra options, special weapons bits compared to the prices of the boxes.

The new boxes that give you a squad plus a dedicated transport for them are really good.

That really depends on what you're looking for.

If you're looking for just pure models-on-the-table, then the aforementioned squad+transport boxes are going to be hard to beat.

But if it's conversion fodder you are looking for, you'll probably be wanting something a bit more esoteric, like a veteran, Deathwatch, or chapter specific box.

And then if you're looking for something that provides the most value in terms of potency on the tabletop, then you'll want whatever set it is that comes with the most grav guns.

The Blood Angels Tactical Squad box is Probably the odds on best box I've come across personally speaking.

You get a heavy bolter, a heavy flamer, a flamer, a meltagun, a plasma gun, a grav gun, a combi-bolter with grav/melta/plasma/flamer options, a power sword, a power fist, bits/parts for 10 power armored models (with exquisite detail, and LOTS of extra head options), bolters aplenty, plama/grav/melta/bolt pistols, a hand flamer as well along with the pistols, and TONS of extra bits like grenades, pouches, decorations, etc.

You get that box combo with a rhino in the current bundle offer.

Of course it's chapter specific, but I fully intend to get one more just because of how awesome it is.

Just my thoughts on that. Take it easy.

You don't know me son, so I'll explain this to you once: If I ever kill you, you'll be awake, you'll be facing me, and you'll be armed.

How are the two HH kits in terms of value?

How do the Deathwatch compare? I mean the 10 man and smaller squad boxes.

I know Deathwatch are well... Deathwatch. But I want to have a small team of "characters". Not really to play but to build.

Regiment: 91st Schrott Experimental Regiment
Regiment Planet: Schrott
Specialization: Salvaged, Heavily Modified, and/or Experimental Mechanized Units.
"SIR! Are you sure this will work!?"

tac squad is 40$

terminators squad is 50$

custodians are 60$

sisters of silence are 40$

dreadnought is 46$

Not counting characters:

Calth is worth 217$ before counting in the characters you get.

Prospero is worth 270$ before counting characters you get.

I'd follow this up by pointing out that calth is probably better if you're planning on running a solo marine force, but prospero is far better if you can get someone to pay 50$ for the sisters and custodians. Either way, they're both great sets, and I personally bought both to kick off my marine army.

The start collecting is also an amazing kit, and as are the double transport ones.
