I was wanting to make some bases for Stormcast Eternals that appeared as though the ground had been struck by (magical) lightning but this is the first time doing sort of scenic bases and not sure how to approach such a thing. Dragon Forge had some interesting bases, such as the ruins, that I thought maybe I could make the cracks appear to be lit by electrical energy and keeping the base ground essentially normal with some burn marks but I'm not certain about it. Anyone with experience doing bases that could lend their experience would be appreciated.

Amidst the mists and coldest frosts he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.
