I just got into Blood Bowl and have not played previous editions of the game, but I realize that there is lore surrounding particular teams such as the Orcland Raiders, the Gouged Eye, etc. Is there a convenient way to figure out which colors are which - I realize the gouged eye is red and white with a bit of black and the Orcland Raiders are black and yellow and the Reikland Reivers are blue, but what of the others? I'm particularly I interested in the red and white human team pictured on the inside back cover of Death Zone, Season1... but are they the Marauders, the Bright Crusaders, or some yet different team? I know this doesn't matter as much as space marine chapters, but I'm still intent on finding some more info on this. Thanks.

Sounds like the Middenheim Marauders to me.

I've got images of the 2nd edition book that had a few of the team descriptions just like in the post above.
