I assume this is an ITS event, so you'll have two lists available. I would design your paired lists based on mission split. In this case I would build the first list for Quadrant and Frontline and the 2nd for Supremacy since you'll want more Specialist redundancy for Supremacy. I don't know what your meta is like but since the missions all revolve around out scoring your opponent in a zone, I would expect infiltrators, HI links, anything that moves fast (bikes, REMs, Airborne Deployment and possibly a TAG).

Generally you're going to want about 4 specialists minimum, 2 attack profiles and at least one dedicated support piece. Attackers are gonna be something that's quick and hits hard. Ex. Rui Shi, Garuda, Su Jian and occasionally Ninja. Good support pieces for what you have are: Kuang Shi Control Device + Smoke LGL, Celestial Hacker and the Sophotect. They all are going to add synergy to the core of your list. Consider adding Pangguling for the baggage, it'll be useful no matter which missions you're playing.

Quadrant Control- Intelcom your classified card unless it's particularly low. Holding it as a Classified Obj is only a 1 obj pt swing while playing the Support ability is a potential 3 pt swing.

Frontline- Expect your opponent to have an AD trooper walking in off the board edge, especially on turn 3. Save at least 1 command token for last second coordinated orders on the 3rd turn.

Supremacy- I lean toward the Intelcom, depending how easy the Classified is. If the game is tight you're gonna want the Intelcom, if you're winning handily the classified obj probably won't matter.
