Hi,

I've been wanting to start a painting blog for ages now since my last attempt several years ago. After picking up a few pieces for D&D I happened upon the Fimir by Forgeworld and fell in love with the style. I will use this blog to catalog my progress on these D&D pieces as well as any Games Workshop products I happen to find laying about. Anyway, I know you are all here for Images so:

Thanks,

Bores

He's back! Again... Again... This time for sure.

Had lots of fun painting these guys, I picked up a set of dwarves from Forgeworld for DnD alongside the Fimir posted above, looking to finish another one this evening. Let me know what you all think.

Thanks! Currently finishing off the rest of the Iron Hill Dwarves, then moving onto some Idoneth Deepkin and eventually I might get back round to repainting my noise marines, but early days!

Finished up a few more models over the last couple of days. Happy with the progress on the Noble, all he needs now is warpaint and a purple wash on the end of his tail.

The dwarves are coming along faster than I expected, I've nearly completed half of the unit, I'm a big fan of the sculpts and the bases are real fun to paint as well which helps.

The goblin is from the Spider riders set, and will probably be the only one 1 use thats posed like that for varieties sake. I'm also looking at getting the two spear throwers from the Arachnarok set but they're proving rather difficult to find online.

C&C's are always appreciated, thanks for looking

Hi everyone,

Here with some new additions, I was having a clear out and discovered a box of Slaaneshi mortals and demons from an old Warhammer Fantasy army that I was putting together. Now with a bit of motivation I decided to pick up where I left off on this project. Currently I have 2 converted Heralds (below) a unit of Seekers, a unit of Demonettes, a seeker chariot and a Creature Caster Pincer Demon assembled, I am also waiting for another box of Demonettes in the post. Alongside these I also have a 5 man unit of Hellstriders, a slaanesh lord (below) and a converted sorcerer (also below) I am currently waiting on a unit of Karaic Acolytes that I will be converting into Slaaneshified Chaos Warriors.

C&C's always welcome! Thanks for looking.

Big image dump!

Hello Everyone, new post! I've completed the first 5 daemonettes, and re-based and re-coloured the robes on the Heralds. These are pretty standard, and I would like to speed up my painting time, which will hopefully come with practice!

The pieces for my Chaos Warriors arrived (namely the Kairic Acolytes and Black Lotus Tribe heads from Maxmini) I have currently completed the unit champion as a tester, with the rest of the squad soon to follow.

C&C's welcome,

So, naturally, I started a blog to post my Slaanesh things and completely forgot to update this blog...

But that changes now. I have picked up a start collecting box of Beastclaw Raiders and have become slightly obsessed with getting these guys painted. I'll go straight into the pictures to tell the story of these models, but I will say that I felt that the models didn't fit the theme of their background, I couldn't understand why Ogors chased by a perpetual Ice storm would be bare chested so I sculpted all of the Ogors fur cloak/shawls to emphasise these part of their lore.
