Hey everyone, we just signed the contract on the new and exciting SoCal Open ITC Major event here in sunny San Diego, California!
This event will host 30k, 40k and AoS tournaments and have room for hundreds of players! We're super excited to run another Major event, especially here in our hometown. The event will be held in norther San Diego, close to the beach and will be a great place to bring the family or significant other while you get your game on!
Registration will open in early May, and more information to come, soon!

How about a little themed reward for players getting-into-the-spirit-of-things? Reece, maybe a bonus re-roll dice per game for wearing a Hawaiian shirt? Wearing a lei? Converting a model to carry a drink parasol (Mike Fox?). I know Darrel Cash already has that DE courtesan model carrying one.
Maybe one infantry model can be Invincible (cannot be Killed, Destroyed nor Removed) if his general wears a coconut bikini? And wouldn't a coconut bikini look good on many of our more curvy players? Derek Page? James Carmona? Petey Pab?

I am glad that the event will not be held on the actual beach, but in a convention hall instead. I was going to re base my army with actual sand, so my army would blend into the beach setting.

DakkaDakka is really the place where you need anti-tank guns to kill basic dudes, because anything less isn't durable enough.
