I was wondering what peoples experience has been with GHQ's Modern Micro Amour: The game. Also if anyone has any links to reviews that would be greatly appreciated. I am surprised not to find much on it on the internet considering it is supported by GHQ.

Seen the free download rule set, it looks pretty good, the naval 'micronaughts' game plays nicely.

seems more at the 'simulation' end of the spectrum, fixed ground scale, fixed length turns in regards to the time duration they represent providing a decent scaling for unit movement and weapon ranges.

Actual mechanics seem decently simple.

My main complaint is how hard it is to get hold of in the UK...

Do you have a recommendation for a goto post WWII micro armor game system? I am look for a game that balances fun with simulation well. Everything I try seems too abstracted or too caught up in the details.

Wait... there are rules for those minis!???????'

I need to find those, like right now

You say Fiery Crash! I say Dynamic Entry!

*Increases Game Point Limit by 100*: Tau get two Crisis Suits and a Firewarrior. Imperial Guard get two infantry companies, artillery support, and APCs.

Sadly no, its exactly the sort of game I want to play though, the 'micro' bit I'm not too bothered about just like weapon ranges, rates of fire and vehicle movement to feel like they are somehow linked and linked to reality in a way many games don't.

But then I like Star Fleet Battles in its captains edition, mega traveller etc, details should be there, but able to be abstracted out if desired, not the game designer removing it on your behalf and making it impossible to put back.
