So local campaign starting up and I'm bringing my Deathguard to the underhive!

I was waiting for the rulebook with all the factions to come out so I don't want to field an illegal list... I think I'm good but haven't played any games yet so I'm looking for opinions on what would work best.

4 different style lists that I'm debating... Each list had kinda a different thought process go into it, but like I said- I haven't played yet and really only know basic gist of the rules right now.

Anyways- here are the 4 lists, what do you guys think and which one will probably work best? Feel free to ask about thought process to any list of it seems weird... Won't mind being corrected if I was looking at something wrong!!

List1-
Aspiring Champ- MoN, camo gear, power sword, bolt pistol
Troopers- 3x CSM with MoN and Boltguns
Specialist- Gunner w/ MoN, camo gear, melta gun

List2-
Aspiring Champ- MoN, camo gear, bolt pistol, power fist
Troopers- 2x CSM w/ MoN, camo gear, bolt pistol, chainswords
Specialist- Gunner w/ MoN, camo gear, clip harness, photo visor, autocannon.

List3-
Aspiring Champ- MoN, camo gear, Boltgun
Specialists- 2x Gunners w/ MoN, camo gear, autocannons.
New recruits- 3x cultists w/ axes.

List4-
Aspiring Champ- MoN, bolt pistol, chainsword, camo gear.
Troopers- 2x CSM w/ MoN, Boltguns.
Specialists- gunner w MoN, autocannon, clip harness
New recruits- 3x cultists (no weapons)

I say list 1

Cultists are cheap and can easily be purchased between rounds.

while an extra Spec would be nice, I personally prefer Bodies > Weapons


I would also say as a resupply get a couple of Blight Grenades

What about this one-

Aspiring Champ- MoN, camo gear, power sword, bolt pistol
Troopers- 2x CSM w MoN and Boltguns
1 CSM w/ MoN (no weapons)
Specialists- 2 Gunners w/ MoN (no weapons)

Thinking here is pretty obvious I think- more bodies, upgrade them w/ weapons later. If I do this, I have 5 points left over. Don't know if I should give someone else camo gear or drop camo gear and bolt pistol for a Boltgun (or maybe blight grenades on unarmed trooper)

with your 5 points you can buy another knife..

But really don't gimped yourself completely with weapons just for more bodies..

but it may actually work though..

The List-

Aspiring Champ- MoN, camo gear, bolt pistol, Power sword.

Troopers-

1 CSM w/ MoN, camo gear, Bolt pistol, Chainsword.
1 CAM w/ MoN, camo gear, Boltgun

Specialists-
2 x Gunner w/ MoN, Boltgun, Photovisor

Gives me 5 guys all with weapons... Lol.

Gunners will be upgraded with Autocannons down the road.
Champ and chainswords/pistol dude move up. Trooper Boltgun guy will stay close and provide cover.. Specialists hang back a little more and provide cover...

The only issue with the list, is that you will need to burn prom cache to get a autocannon.. unless you acquire the right skills

Yea- hoping for scavenger. Could always buy a melta instead though.
