I'm going to start new army and seeking for advice. Anything i should know about one of those army?
Any advice why i should / should not go with one of those armies?

P.S. I like how both of those armies look like.

Both are strong armies. If you like both of them then pick the one that is least represented in your meta that way you are adding some variety to the meta and less likely to play mirror matches.
