If you bought a Codex between 28 February and 24 April, you can claim vouchers to their value until 5 May.

Does that apply to codexes only bought from GW online or can one claim for ones bought from 3rd party sellers?

It applies to all locations, provided that you have proof of purchase, so its actually easier if you bought online.

Has anyone heard back from them yet?

I emailed on April 25, got a automated reply that they have high volume of requests and nothing since.
