Does anyone know of any Knight houses that were allied with the Forgeworld Zhao-Arkhad during the Heresy? My Mechanicum army will be repainted as Zhao-Arkhad when my Thousand Sons army is getting started, and Zhao-Arkhad is the perfect Forgeworld for them. I also have a Knight that is not painted yet, and I'm looking for houses that might have allied with Zhao-Arkhad, but I am not finding anything. A house that was allied with the Thousand Sons work as well.

I have the Inferno book, but have not really found anything there either, but I could've missed it as well. Some help would be appreciated!

Alternatively, did the Mechanicum ever make their own Knights, not really stemming from a particular house? If that was the case, then I could just paint it as Zhao-Arkhad as well. It's a Porphyrion if that matters.

AFAIK Zhao-Arkhad were made up for Inferno, and no detail on allied knight houses is given.

Hm. That's both a shame and fun I suppose. I like to recreate existing houses/legions/chapters etc when I paint, but making my own Knight House could be fun to I guess :-)

I´m going to paint my two knights with a plit pattern ( a/b b/a ) to make them look like temple-guardian statues.
Not sure about a conversion on the heads thou - Anubis- or Insect-style
