I hear that 8th ed might be a little more strict or at least consistent with base sizes. Any clues to base sizes for shadow war? I'm wondering about the IG, GSC, and Inquisition in particular?

I noted that the new set of decorative bases, in the shadow war terrain theme, only come with 32mm.

I don't recall it being mentioned anywhere in the rules, and I don't think it really matters.

However, it's a good idea to base so you can use the figures with 8E, which I believe is 32mm

Where from? None of the preview articles have even mentioned bases. If the game is to remain backwards-compatible with existing collections, then it can't be more restrictive than 7th edition.

edit - my Orks will be going on 32mm bases instead of the included 25mm ones, because they don't fit on 25mm bases.
