Just an odd idea of mine, not sure it'll work like 15% sure it'll be funny at the very least.

Syndicate Thug: 28
Bomb Loadout: Cluster Mines
Ion Cannon Turret
Unhinged Astromech

Dace Bonearm: 35
VI
Ion Cannon Turret
Recon Specialist
Moldy Crow

Fenn Rau: 37
PTL
Plasma Torpedoes
Autothrusters
C.D. Protector

So the main idea is to get something ionized and then use Dace's ability to take a stress and make them suffer a damage. It doesn't specify how many times I can do it, so I'm thinking on a ship it'd potentially put 2 ion tokens on them AND 4 damage, AND Fenn could easily get lined up with plasma torps to strip shields on beefy things or just go in close and finish it off with. Primarily looking at messing with a friend who next Saturday is either bringing a Punisher, or U-Wing if he plays rebels. Dropping mines in front of an ionized ship also makes me laugh evilly.

Problem with Dace is he can't do his ability whilst stressed so it's more or less once per turn, makes him kind of sub par

It's a shame and I'm really not sure why they stuck that restriction on him

I did have success with this though Saturday in a three way match with an imperial player running a TIE F/O, TIE SF and Countess Ryad and a rebel player running a B-wing, Biggs, and Sabine's TIE with Ashoka piloting it:

2x Syndicate Thug: 27
Bomb Loadout: Proximity Mines
Ion Cannon Turret
Unhinged Astromech

Binayre Pirate: 12

Fenn Rau: 34
PTL
Autothrusters
C.D. Protector

Ion is so good for holding b wings down, and even keeping that dang gum' Defender still enough to get lined up to put hits on it. In the end all I had was Fenn with 3 hull left, but still happy with how the game went. If I had greater confidence in my piloting ability I'd maybe switch the mines for torps, but still so funny to make some drift right into mines and asteroids. Only bad thing is I'm still not able to make the HWK work for me in scum.
