Back before the nids had kits for all of their models.. tervigons were all made by conversion. and back then i had sculpted what i thought a tervigon or tyrranofex body would look like. and then warhammer died out in my local area.
And after a few years a card shop opened up....that is now a Hobby shop selling warhammer stuff, board games, card games and loads of cool stuff. But it made me think about my former ideas and how i could rget back into 40k. and i decided to make a mould of my sculpted stuff to cast it.and heres what i had made and what its doing now.

i removed the head, legs and gun to make it easier for casting. I also sanded down the carapace to even it out.

Great modelling, but I agree, that head looks a bit too small. Maybe add more than one head?

Finally took the tiome to finish the tervigon in the newer scheme and i gotta say it looks amazing in person. it almost has a color shifting quality. the base for the carapace is an antique copper then washed with agrax earth-shade then i sealed the whole model and did ardcoat over the carapace to get the feeling of a beetle
