Not sure if this is the proper section to ask this or not. Sorry if it is. I don't know much about Reece except that he seems to know his 40K and seems to be a real stand up guy. Being a Tyranid player when I use to play 40K I have learned that a new edition of 40K or a new codex is nothing to get excited for when it comes to playing Tyranids. We always seem to get shafted. So I am having a hard time trusting his "excitement" in the Tyranid faction focus. Something seems off to me here.

My reasons are that Reece owns or works with an online internet store that gives 20-25% or more discounts on GW product. I always thought GW went after these stores, so I find it odd that GW would work with someone who owns or works with an online store. I really want to get excited for the new 40K, but I just find this a little suspicious. Are my suspicions wrong? Can we really get excited in what Reece is saying? Am I wrong in that he owns or works for an online store? Are they having all these great sales to get rid of 40K stock so they can work with GW?

I would just like to know if I am wrong in my thinking and if so why.

Agies Grimm:The "Learn to play, bro" mentality is mostly just a way for someone to try to shame you by implying that their metaphorical nerd-wiener is bigger than yours. Which, ironically, I think nerds do even more vehemently than jocks.

Everything is made up and the points don't matter. 40K or Who's Line is it Anyway?

It really isn't the right section, and I don't think we need a separate thread for it either.

Please just pick one of the many, many 40K 8E threads and have at it in there, keeping in mind RULE #1 at all times, of course.
