Subject: Login screen occassionally tells me a MOD has banned me?

Every once in a while, while trying to log in, I get a message that I have been banned by a MOD. The first couple times this happened I was a little confused, as I hadn't even logged in yet. Refreshing the screen makes this message go away and I can log in normally. Not too annoying, just weird.

Not sure why refreshing it makes it go away, we'll have fix that bug.
