not sure on tournaments, but you can get in a game at GW, though with 8th 40k coming out, might be a while.

There is a crowd that plays AoS that meets at Colpar East on Havana.

Thats good to here, I already play at the Boulder GW on weekends, but the group is very 40k focussed, and although great guys, I have been enjoying everything about AOS infinitely more.

When do you guys usually meet? Time and day of the week? And what is the tournament scene looking like?

Thanks!

we are trying to get it going at crit castle (a much more friendly store) if you are ever down this way and want a game, would be glad to play. Its pretty much the best game store in town.

if its us (and likely is) there are only 3 of us, not exactly regular, that is still xwing and 40k turf. no tournaments. down in Denver area, AoS is pretty dead. we are trying to get it going at crit castle (a much more friendly store) if you are ever down this way and want a game, would be glad to play.

For sure, I live in Boulder, I just assumed AOS would be more popular down in denver/aurora, seeing as it is a much larger city. You are also always welcome at the Boulder GW, the owner is incredibly friendly and tables clear up quickly. I will send you a PM if I will be down there wanting a game.

Each store here kind of seems to have its own little preferences. Guild ball seems to be picking up a bit. really looking forward to the skirmish rules. of course might have to wait for the new edition of 40k is calmed down more.

I will be at a wedding for that weekend

If it worked for me I would have loved to attend. I played at Atomic Goblin this Thursday evening, I found a game against a fun guy with a nicely painted army, very small group though.
