I accidently hit this while surfing YouTube and am a bit surprised at what I've seen so far. Apparently it's one of those Kickstarter supported fan films but this seems to have a bit better production design than Anaxar. It's set during the Earth/Romulan war but that's all the detail I've looked up so far.
I guess the question is, with the recent license changes coming out of the Anaxar court case, will this project see completion or will they have to abandon it?
I'm in. That looks better than anything NBC has shown us so far.
Emperor's Eagles (undergoing Chapter reorganization)
Caledonian 95th (undergoing regimental reorganization)
Thousands Sons (undergoing Warband re--- wait, are any of my 40K armies playable?)
What specifically are the IP guidelines? My understanding was that the restrictions were strict, but did not prevent fan films from being made so long as they did not exceed a specific length, or were shown with ads but that's all I know and I only know that from like one short article.

The fan production must be less than 15 minutes for a single self-contained story, or no more than 2 segments, episodes or parts, not to exceed 30 minutes total, with no additional seasons, episodes, parts, sequels or remakes.
It's also affected the guys at Star Trek Continues who have cut their episodes from 13 to 11. Fortunately they got most of their stuff done before the new guidelines hit, but still.

It honestly looks like the guys making this were playing Star Trek Online, as it appears almost ripped off of ship designs from the portions of game that take place during the Kirk Era. I don't want to say it is a ripped off design, but there are strong similarities.

I never played Star Trek Online, so i will take your word for it, but still my opinion still stands, the Pacific feels more like a Federation ship than the one in Discovery.

The Pacific looks a lot like STO's Pioneer class (the starting ship for 23rd Century characters), but both ships are basically the U.S.S. Kelvin with a second nacelle.
Original Series-era ships all bore very strong design similarities (largely due to budget restrictions on the show that saw a lot of parts get recycled, but it then became a feature in later expanded stuff) which helps to make them all look consistent. So Federation ships from around that era should bear strong similarities to each other.

My comment was more that it appeared ripped off of a ship from STO, so not the TV series at all.
