Torn between two Blades of Khorne lists, both run monster heavy and hit hard but I cant settle on the final choice between them. List 1 deploys as two warscroll batallions so has more chance of choosing who goes first, has an additional relic and between the two battalions nearly every model can attack in both the hero and combat phases. List two includes the Bloodborn character from forgeworld to allow all of the monsters in range to run and charge in the same turn so potentially gets up the field faster

I prefer the first one overall but think something like this would perform a bit better:

Bloodmaster, Herald of Khorne
Role:Leader Quantity: 1

Bloodthirster of Insensate Rage
Role:Leader, Behemoth Quantity: 1

Murderhost

Murderhost gives better mobility and having 3 units of 30 bloodletters means you will be a lot more likely to get a crap ton of mortal wounds - but then again maybe you aren't a fan of 90 of the same model in your army

For daemons, I feel like numbers is your best friend, Khorne especially as he seems to not like ranged units or sorcery to replenish numbers. you might want something to tie up those ranged nuisances, A cheap unit like Flesh hounds can do some good as a flanker unit, have them go around and tear up the enemies gunline or hunt for their wizard, Also it makes a pretty cool image of them charging ahead of your raging horde.

Mmm yes, I do like the Murderhost. Pain in the neck to move all those bodies around, so personally I would go the second list with Skaarac.

However with Skaarac he really doesn't perform all that well when he loses some wounds, also he's really pricey! I might go with Skarbrand instead, and help launch him with a Bloodstoker for the spare 100 points (though of course he'd no daemon). Might as well switch out a Rage-Thirster for a Fury Thirster to get the other Command Ability. With the Blades of Khorne tithe stuff, all those abilities might come in handy.

Running and charging is pretty darn awesome though, and Skaarac in a Blades list must be better than a pre-Blades list (which I used him in at Adepticon Warhost where he didn't do jack s&$t!) Skarbrand on the other did pretty well, as he gets better the more wounds he loses
