RAW, in 8th edition can a tactical marine who's unit is NOT in combat fire his boltgun and bolt pistol in the same shooting phase?

From the Shooting Phase (Choose Unit to Shoot With):

Unless otherwise stated, each model in the unit attacks with all of the ranged weapons it is armed with.

Pistols and Grenades are 'otherwise stated' and con't be used with your other ranged weapons.

Yes, a model may always choose to fire one of the following:

1) All of its (non-pistol, non-grenade) weapons.
2) All of its pistol weapons.
3) One grenade weapon.

wow...makes bikes even better.

Autarch on jetbike can fire its Twin Cats (4 shots), his Laser lance AND a Fusion Gun...or Reaper launcher...or Death Spinner.
He's a mini gunboat.
