Hi guys? Do I get a +1 to my save when the opponent shoots a unit that is behind another of my units?

No. You only get cover if all of the models in a unit are entirely within or are touching a terrain piece, and then, you have to follow the individual rules for the terrain pieces. MCs don't get cover simply for being in a forest.

Alright! Thank you Traditio! I thought I was missing something.

Yeah, cover is extremely ineffectual in the new edition. No intervening saves, very limited in actually getting cover, many weapons have enough rending to ignore cover, and being out of LOS doesn't matter.

To be fair, though, the change to the AP system means models are getting armour saves in situations they would not have in the prior few editions.
So cover needed to be toned down to accommodate this.

There were also way too many units that abused cover in the last few additions and the game suffered for it (and made things take a bit longer)
It may be a bit more 'bland' now, but it is better balanced.

As an added bonus, all cover gives +1, so having tables with more or less of a certain type should not affect the game as much.
I can't think of how many Tourney tables I've seen that had tons of ruins right next to a table with a few shrubs only. Sometimes this had an affect on the Tourney outcome and it never should have.

Actually in the Advanced rules you don't have to be entirely within or touching the terrain. Infantry has that requirement.. however everything else just has to be 50% "Obscured" by the Terrain. However the only terrain that provides this are Woods and Ruins. Craters and Hills do not.

cover and terrain had to be adjusted when they made it a simple +1, because more than half the armies would be rocking 2+ saves most of the time, all game long, including vehicles with a dozen or more wounds.

it'll take some getting used to, but new "simple" terrain is better for the system.
