Stealthy Dark Angels Scout with Shotgun

[I recreated my username because I realize I misspelt it]

Hello everyone,

I'm a 30yo french guy, I've been a fan of 40k for a dozen of years now, I haven't played a lot. I've painted a few models here and there but I don't think I ever had 1000points of an army.
I've been following the fluff a bit though, and with the universe starting moving again recently, I feel like maybe, I'd give it a try again.

I was thinking of buing the upcoming Dark Imperium box set and combining it with the Dark Vengeance set I have left untouched to build an army of Nurgle on one hand, and an army of Fallen allied with the new Primaris SM.
Do you thing this is a good idea? My main concerns: are the Crimson Slaughter gonna make good Nurgle minis? And is a Fallen/Primaris alliance fluffy?

Anyway if you have any resource for me (how to paint Nurgles, how to paint Fallens like in the Gathering Storm book #3, how to paint black robes, army list that look like what I mentioned above), don't hesitate!

See you

France

(since he is french i will talk to him in french to make easier for me and him to understand and express so sorry english people)

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka
