First off, is this list even for 8th edition?
Because as is, it's definitely not a 1250 point list.
At current calculation it comes in at 1832 (it would actually be higher, but you gave the CCB a Phylactery, which it can't even take).

Honestly, if I were making this list (at higher price point), I'd drop both Praetorian units and add more Warriors to each current unit (make two 15-20 strong ones).
The CCB needs to go. Doom Scythe, too.
Replace with Overlord (who goes with Immortals) and Cryptek (who goes between the two Warrior units).
Replace Doom Scythe with a Doomsday Ark. Give one of, if not both the Stalkers​ a Heavy Gauss Cannon.

If you're actually going for 1250 this thing is going to require a massive retooling.

I remade the list, however I don't see how the points goes up to 1832 for the last list, I did the calculations and while the points did go over the limit, they didn't go all the way up to 1832, it goes up to 1371

I don't think you paid for the immortal's weapons

The current iteration of your list is looking better, but I don't know where you're getting your points from because you're still over (= 1335 points at the moment).
Here, check out the actual points costs- To get it in under budget, I would:
- drop a single Tomb Blade and remove the Shields from the remaining 5 (will make them 45 points each).
- change one of the Stalker from Heavy Gauss to Heat Ray.
That will bring the list to 1244 points... but still 66 PL.
