Uhm seems like a pretty straightforward and fluffy imperial fists list the vindicator has sadly lost a lot with 8th edition, since there is no double str. instakills anymore and the short range makes him move a lot, what means he does hit on 4+ mostly, definately one of the units that suffered most in the new edition, and hes only really good vs vehicles and other multiwound models, therefore id probably swap him out. the cybots arent necessarily great either, creeping over the battlefield with 6" movement means 3 turns minimum before you get to charge and moving means hitting on 4+ again. another thing is you want to keep your captain in the middle of your troops to provide his buffs, so i dont get why hes the only one with a jumppack. Tactical marines are naturally only good on mid to short range, so you should maybe try getting them more mobile if you already pay for the armament, since i dont know what models you have ill just propose you a list that i think would work better.

Advantages:
only 4 units to deploy ( helps you getting first turn)
more mobility due to 12" movement for every unit
more durability ( more HP on the field and troops protected by high thoughness vehicles)
better fire support platforms (predator can stay behind and pick heavy targets from range, razorbacks can stay stationairy after turn 1 and build a firebase with the Tactical Squads and the captain)
I tried staying in your desired unit/ army concept, maybe its better to abandon the idea of a battalion at 1k points at all, and this is certainly no perfect list.
