So thanks to the severe lack of ork hq models, and being over the BR one that we all are forced to use, I've decided to kitbash a big'un!
Started off with a fantasy Minotaur and defiler arm.. this is how it's going.
C&C wanted. Thanks!

looks like you've got the leg proportions down, which always seems to be a main pain point for most people doing big boss conversions. Do you have any pics of the defiler arm compared to the body size? My only C&C is that it may be too big. To give it some more ork flavor, It might go a long way to add an outer rim to the claws / do some shallow cuts from the sharp edge to the outer edge to give that janky metal effect orks always have.
Looking really good so far - I'll definitely be following the progress on this one!

Mrh - yup! Started work on one from the deffdread. Gotta keep dem gitz in line!
Nova - thanks mate! Will take a better one of the claw tonight. It is big, but Im hoping to blend it all in with armour and cabling so that it looks right. What proud wsrboss wouldn't rip the arm off a defeated foe to attach to himself

Looking great! As a note...can an ork weapon be too big?? In any case, keep it coming, this is cool! (though, turn those photos, my neck is getting stiff goggling)
