Hey guys when shoot at something with the keyword, flying, is it always -1 to hiot modifier or only certain cases?

No, some flyers have a rule that gives them -1 to hit but the only things FLY allows is as follows:


In Movement you may ignore other models when moving over them.

In shooting you may shoot if you used the FALL BACK maneuver.

In charging units in a ruin you may go above the second floor if you are not Infantry if you have the FLY keyword.

No. It'll have to have a special rule on it's datasheet that specifically says that. E.g the 'hard to hit' rule.
