I'm fairly sure that the minimum battle line never is higher than 4 after 2500 pts no matter the size? Same with leaders the max of 8 doesn't keep rising?
I'm looking over the generals handbook and they cap out at 2500..... :(
Maybe 1 extra min battleline and 1 extra max HQ per 1000 points would be a fair house rule?
