I was reunited with my childhood collection of Ultramarines a few months back after my parents did a clear out of their loft. Unearthing this treasure has propelled me back into the hobby after at least a 10 years gap and I have to say I'm really enjoying 8th edition!
I've been doing some research and have ended up on dakka on more than one occasion before so I thought it best to make the jump and become a member!
Now that I kind of know what I'm doing (read: very basic knowledge) game / painting / lore wise - I'm looking for somewhere I can get ideas of how to expand my collection in a nice narrative and fluffy way, and possibly get you guys to keep me motivated to get my models restored/ finished!
I'm not sure of the layout of this place yet so any pointers to forums / topics would be greatly appreciated!
