First list is what I posted on another forum trying to gauge what chapter tactics to use as I'm going for a silly "Sons of Malice" themed and painted army, but running them as regular primaris. Both of these are "Battalion detachments" which grant +3 CP(no idea yet what that means so I just figured I'd mention it.)
Would most likely run this list with raven Guard chapter tactics.
Captain in gravis armor
Cypher
Primaris lieutenants, one with MC Bolter, one with power sword
Intercessor squad
Intercessor squad
Tactical squad, 7 basic dudes, Sarge w/power sword and bolt pistol, one with heavy bolter, one with Flamer
Primaris Ancient
Terminator assault squad, teleport homer, one TH/SS dude, sarge and 8 LC dudes.
Devastators, cherub, 3 basic extra dudes, 2 lascannon, plasma cannon, multi-melta, sarge w/TH.
Hellblaster squad
Land raider crusader, multi-melta, storm bolter.

Next is a very slightly modified version of the same list if I were to run it with salamanders tactics:
