Hello totally new to w40k (just painting building 2 tac squads, 5 assault marines and 5 terminators). Looking for a place and people to learn and play the game with in Toronto as I expand my army!!

Games workshop @ Yonge lawrence. great staff and a lot of local players. Thursday night is 40k night and a lot of people also go in on the weekends

I'd also be interested in something downtown Toronto. Yonge/Lawrence is a bit of a hike, esp without a car

Any groups out there in the downtown area? The only shop near me that I know of (Meeplemart) doesn't host games anymore apparently

https://www.theswordandboardtoronto.com is a good place to play. It isnt too far from meeple. Hogtown 40k is a good facebook group for 40k.
