My name's Brad ! I am a 29 year old awesome dude ( lol wtf ) who lives in Michigan with my beautiful wife.

I have pretty much been collecting 40k since I was about 7 years old... in a bit of an on and off way to say the least. Right around 2015-16 i was really starting to want to get back into the hobby full swing and start gaming!

On December 21st of 2016 I was rear ended by a drunk driver. 7 months later ended up with a double level fusion in my spine. I'm almost like a Space Marine...I got 10 screws already! Anyways with all the free time I've had due to the accident... Warhammer has played a pretty huge role in keeping me sane!

I'm finally starting to really heal up from my surgeries and can't wait to go to my local shop and play!

Hey all, thanks for the warm welcomes. The store I will be playing at mostly is RIW hobbies. Their 40k "night" that a bunch meet up for is Thursdays.

I'm still healing up from my 2 spine surgeries so I anticipate about a month more or so before I can go and tolerate an entire evening of 40k (sitting, standing...getting in a car etc,) ... but, I'm getting better everyday!

I plan to stay as active as I can on these forums also so I will definitely let you know when I'm heading there or can play.

Is there a site or FB group the guys that play at RIW use to set up games? I know the guys at Imperium use "Detroit Warhammer Club" on FB.

Yes I believe there is an RIW Facebook group for Warhammer. My apologies for the SUPER late response.
