I am a bit worried about something and I figured I would ask about it here, I order some really sweet looking Rhino conversion kits from wargame exclusive ebay account, the original listing stated they where in Costa Rica, however the tracking number they provided said it was coming from Ukraine... So naturally I was already a little worried, so I message them about it and they said they had to ship it directly from the manufacturer. So if that was bad enough, the tracking number is now having issue from normally reliable sites I have used in the past. They deliver, are reliable and yes, they are an Ukrainian company. It takes some time to get to you, but the overall quality is well worth the wait.

Yeah i noticed it was in Costa Rica too. but iv ordered quite a bit from them. its strange

I assume it's an excise duty thing? Costa Rica has very close ties to the US, whereas EU/European stuff doesn't always.

Sounds like I am just being a bit paranoid, which is fine, better to be paranoid then right in situation like this.
