I thought this would be a little bit fun. I guess maybe we could post a work in progress, a showcase finished model or even some terrain or anything modeling related.

I suggest you post a picture of your work and the person that replies must provide what they like about it, what the don't like about it and what they might provide as advice for making it better. They then must post their own photo for the next person to review.

I'll go first then.

Likes-

The model is technically well done, with the green, gold, and white being highlighted, shaded, and layered very well. The paintjob is very clean. I especially like the wings, the gold in general is very good looking, and the white is quite striking.

Dislikes-

I acknowledge that it's a WIP, however the sword seems a bit boring. There's no lightning, or blending, or interesting effects, it's just a sword. The little diode on the sword isn't painted, either.

There needs to be a secondary color on the model, to break up all that green. The gold and white are a step in the right direction, but I believe that some contrasting components would serve to make the green less monotonous. The decal on the chest has some obvious shine, hit it with more matte coat to get rid of it.

Improvements-

Obviously, finish painting the model. Secondly, add a contrasting color. I recommend red eyes, and a pink sword hilt, with some other red/pink/cream bits to break up the green.

I'd add an effect to the sword, most likely lightning. I'd prefer not to do the standard blended blues effect, as it wouldn't go well with the green armor. Here's an idea - try a purple version of this effect:

Peregrine - If you like the army buy it, and don't worry about what one random person on the internet thinks.
