I went with Pendraken...
Republican Roman Starter + Slingers + Scipio
Carthagenian Starter + Vets + Elephants + Hannibal
Greek Starter + Hoplites.
Guess I have my winter activities layed out.
I may need some help with colors and techniques. It will be about 600 figs. Im thinking I will base them all flesh colored. Then paint on armor tunics and weapons. Is that how you pros do it? Also were Cathagenians black? Or were they more Mediterranean colored (olive skinned like Italians or Iberians)? A mix?
Do you guys dip 10mm?
I will try to start a thread similar to my bolt action americans or ACW. Still unsure on basing. Think I will probably go with LADG dimensions unless there are better suggestions? But that is a long way off.
